Austin has seven years of experience in the electrical industry and, like everyone else, learned that education is important. After a short time of being hired only as a helper around the shop, Austin took the opportunity to become the company’s dispatcher. As a dispatcher, Austin utilized his free time to enroll in school and see how he could move up in the company. Surprisingly, it did not take long before Austin graduated from Richland College with an associate’s degree and was promoted to being an estimator. With his mind set on becoming better every day at his new position, Austin is now in charge of taking on estimates for many general contractors!
